I offer a free one hour consultation to ensure you understand what hypnotherapy is and how it can help. This can be face to face or online.
Sessions are £80 per hour, or you can book blocks of 6 for £400. Hypnotherapy usually works quickly, 6-12 sessions being the average.
I am currently offering face to face at my clinic in Steeple, online sessions, or home visits depending on the location.
